As an integral worker in the Community Resource Centre, Felicity has been keeping her fingers on the pulse of the community since August 1999. She holds a diploma in Office Application / Computerized Accounting and has augmented her training with specialized training from 211 Toronto in Information and Referrals, Communications and Human Services.
As a pioneer, she assisted with the creation and implementation of the first seniors program at the Centre. Currently she works with residents to connect them with vital services.
Felicity’s understanding of and sensitivity to current social service issues facing participants of all ages has enabled her to relate with participants in a non-judgmental fashion. Her greatest passion is meeting people from various backgrounds, learning different cultures and being of assistance to them in any area of need.
“I love empowering people to “fish” for themselves in this sea of life.”
