The Job Developer performs activities designed to assist youth with finding and securing employment. This includes working closely with employers, business organizations and community organizations to develop job opportunities and match job skills with applicant qualifications.
The Job Developer will work to address systemic barriers to employment and support in the creation of fair economies. This includes working directly with youth to coach and guide through multiple pathways to employment; while helping to procure wrap-around services and supports where needed.
The position focuses on the needs and experiences of racialized/multi-barriered youth.
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: $31.11 per hour
