The Jane/Finch Centre’s Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Jane/Finch Community and Family Centre will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 6:00 pm for the purposes of:

  1. Receiving and considering the financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2023

  2. Appointing auditors for the ensuing year

  3. Electing directors

  4. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the Meeting

The Meeting will be held in a virtual only format conducted via Zoom.

Registration and voting information for the AGM will become available to all members on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
