The food portal
The Food Portal connects residents in the Black Creek-Humber River area with food assistance and food distribution programs in Northwest Toronto. In collaboration with several community agencies in Black Creek-Humber River, the Food Portal supports residents living in the M3J, M3N, M3L, M9L, M9M postal codes in Northwest Toronto.
By visiting foodsupport.ca (or by clicking on the button below), residents can easily sign up to be connected to an agency in the community providing food support services.
