We are looking for a part-time Community Wellbeing Worker (GIT) to join our community wellbeing team.

The Community Wellbeing Worker (GIT) is responsible for the implementation of community-based health and mental health interventions in Jane and Finch communities and other surrounding neighbourhoods. Working from a social determinants of mental health perspective, the successful candidate will meaningfully engage with residents through group-based health promotion and social/recreational sessions.

Part-time, unionized: 14 hours per week
Pay: $31.11 per hour
Contract position until September 29, 2023
