We’re hiring a Community Wellbeing Worker to join The Jane/Finch Centre.
The Community Wellbeing Worker is responsible for the implementation of community-based mental and social health interventions targeted to residents of Jane and Finch communities and other surrounding neighbourhoods. Working from a social determinants of mental health perspective, the successful candidate will meaningfully engage with community members through group-based/peer support health education, individual care navigation, and community empowerment.
Full-time, (unionized)
35 hours per week
$31.47 per hour
